“Dachi 98” LLC was founded on August 26, year 1998. The company founders are: Mr. Tariel Sokhadze and Teimuraz Vediashvili. Field of activity of the company is production and realization of thermo PVC caps, laminated caps, sparkling wine bottle’s Wirehood, wine and cognac bottle’s cork stoppers. Besides the company carries out production and realization of the alcohol and beverage drink bottle’s aluminum caps. From the very beginning the special devices which provide production of the thermo PVC caps were purchased. After the defined period of time in order to satisfy the demand on the produced goods in year the company decided to purchase a new device. In year 2004 new devices were bought and the same year the company decided to broaden the field of production and purchased AZEVEDOS Portuguese Brand special machinery – device which provides the final treating of the cork stoppers. Before the year 2006 indicator of the company development showed the high point enough, but since year 2006 after embargo and war in year 2008 the company started to produce stabile but limited quantity of the product and thus until year 2012. In year 2009 in order to broaden the field of productivity the company decided to purchase German device of SCHNEIDER brand, which produces the sparkling wine bottle’s Wirehoods. In year 2013 by the assistance of Development Fund of the Ministry of Agriculture foreseen by the state program the company was given the opportunity to take a loan for fairly low rates. In year 2013 in order to increase the quality and productivity the company purchased an expensive multifunctional German device of EMMENDINGER Brand. The fact should be pointed out that by the mentioned device the company was given an opportunity to produce high quality laminated caps, which was impossible before. The same year was purchased the high quality and efficient device of the Portuguese Brand SERSAN for cognac cork stoppers and plastic adhesion. In year 2014 in order to avoid the diversification the company decided to purchase one more device producing thermo PVC caps and laminated caps.
